Carrot Puff
Started as an Easter side dish and became a tradition for every holiday
Easy and delicious.
Anyone have a nice image of Carrot Puff to replace this stock image? Take a picture next time you make it please.
Easy to double the recipe. But make one batch at a time. Then pour both batches together in 13 x 9 pan for baking.
Need to use a blender or similar appliance.
